About Tami

Tami France is a PhD candidate who is inspired by the journey. She has held positions within the Human Resources and Organization Development fields for over 12 years from healthcare to hospitality. Education: She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University Of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of St. Thomas in Human Resources and Change Leadership and is currently pursuing her PhD in Leadership and Change at Antioch University with a research focus on Cross-Cultural Leadership. Travel: Tami has traveled extensively, lived and worked abroad, and has been involved in speaking engagements in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Certifications: She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a Bronze Quality Fellow certificate, and is a Immunity to Change (ITC) coach and facilitator. Tami is an active member of the International Leadership Association (ILA) and the Minnesota Organization Development Network (MNODN). Professional Interests: Tami is interested in engaging work with a focus on global interconnectedness. Her expertise is in organization effectiveness, leadership coaching, learning and development, and strategic change management.
